Is your paintball gun firing funny, is it lacking the oomph that it once had?  Sounds like you need a good cleaning.  Don’t get yourself frazzled by taking apart your gun and then panic when you can’t figure out how to put it back together.  Don’t worry Shire Online has you covered.  Let our Gun Technician handle it for you.

We can service your gun and get it back to you firing just like it did out of the box.  For $49.99 we will:

• Disassemble
• Clean
• Replace Orings
• Lubricate & Reassemble.
• If additional parts are required we will contact you via email before we procede any further with the service order.  A written reply must be submitted with your approval to continue the service order.  If you decide not to have the parts replaced you will be charged $49.99 for the service and the $11.00 for S&H.  The gun will then be shipped back you in the best condition within our capability without replacing the parts.  Keep in mind without replacing the parts the gun may not function properly and we will not be held responsible for the guarantee should the parts not be replaced.   
• We will not finish any service if parts are needed until we have your written approval, which must be approved of through email.   
• All services are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of return shipping. 

We will service the following guns: Tippmann (all A-5, 98 CUSTOM X-7 models), Spyder (all models), 32 Degrees Rebel (all models), Icon, Silver Bullet, Mongoose, Piranha, InVert Mini,SmartParts,If it's not on the list drop us an E-mail and ask Mail@shireonline.com.

We can even have your gun picked up via UPS so you don’t have to step foot out of your house.  ShireOnline will issue a call tag to UPS and UPS will pick up your gun and drop it off at our shop.  Once we get it serviced we will then ship it back out to you.  The charge for a Call Tag is $19 and will be added to work order should you choose this option.  The Call Tag will be sent to the shipping address of the order.   If you select the Call Tag method you must have the gun packed carefully and securely in a cardboard box.  The package must be ready for a UPS driver to pick up the package.  The driver will make 3 separate attempts to pick up the package.  If after the third attempt, the package still has not been picked up, you will be held responsible for an additional $15 to resubmit the Call Tag. 

If you want us to service your gun follow these simple steps:

1)      Select your gun from the drop down box (if your gun is not listed in the drop down box that means that we do not service that particular gun).

2)      If you want us to send a UPS Call Tag to pick up your gun, select that option from the drop down box.  The address that the UPS Call Tag will be sent to will be the Ship To address that you will type in the next screen after you click the “Order” button.

3)      Then on the “Shipping” page you will type in the address where the repaired gun will be shipped.

4)      On the “Payment” page you must follow the procedures listed on the page for billing purposes. If there any additional comments that you would like to make about your gun you can do so in the “Comments” box on the “Payment” page.  You must also include a valid email address; this will be the method in which we will contact if the need arises.  All correspondence must be done through email only.  Phone calls will not be accepted when questioning a repair order.  The reason being we need to keep our technicians working on the guns not answering phone calls.  Don’t worry; all email is usually answered within 24 hours.

5)      You will then confirm your order and submit it.  Once the order has been submitted you must have your gun packaged and ready for a UPS driver to pick it up (if you selected the Call Tag option), or you must ship the package to us using your carrier of choice. Our shipping address is:

  Make sure to insure the gun for the price that you paid for it originally.  Once the gun arrives our technician will repair it and ship it back out you as quickly as possible.  If we need to contact you for any reason we will do so via email.
